**Terms and Conditions Agreement**

This Terms and Conditions Agreement ("Agreement") is entered into by and between Parks Family Travel LLC ("Parks Family Travel," "we," "us," or "our") and the individual purchasing the Family Travel Framework course ("you" or "your"). By purchasing and accessing the Family Travel Framework course, you agree to be bound by the terms and conditions set forth in this Agreement.

**1. Course Access:**

Access to the Family Travel Framework course is granted to you for the duration of the course's existence. However, if the course or the hosting platform is discontinued for any reason, your access will also be discontinued. Parks Family Travel reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate access to the course at any time without prior notice.

**2. Liability Disclaimer:**

Parks Family Travel LLC provides educational materials and advice through the Family Travel Framework course for informational purposes only. While we strive to provide accurate and up-to-date information, we make no representations or warranties of any kind, express or implied, about the completeness, accuracy, reliability, suitability, or availability of the information, products, services, or related graphics contained within the course for any purpose. Any reliance you place on such information is therefore strictly at your own risk.

Parks Family Travel LLC is not a professional financial, legal, or medical adviser, and as such, all information shared in the Family Travel Framework course should be considered personal opinion. We strongly recommend consulting with qualified professionals for advice on financial, legal, or medical matters.

**3. Limitation of Liability:**

By purchasing and accessing the Family Travel Framework course, you agree that Parks Family Travel LLC shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or exemplary damages, including but not limited to, damages for loss of profits, goodwill, use, data, or other intangible losses resulting from:

a) the use or inability to use the course;

b) any errors or omissions in the course content;

c) any unauthorized access to or alteration of your transmissions or data;

d) any statements or conduct of any third party on the course; or

e) any other matter relating to the course.

**4. Indemnification:**

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Parks Family Travel LLC, its officers, directors, employees, agents, and third parties, for any losses, costs, liabilities, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) relating to or arising out of your use of or inability to use the Family Travel Framework course, any user content you submit, your violation of these terms and conditions, or your violation of any rights of a third party.

**5. Governing Law:**

This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States, without regard to its conflict of law principles.

**6. Changes to Terms:**

Parks Family Travel LLC reserves the right to modify or replace these terms and conditions at any time. Any changes will be effective immediately upon posting the revised terms on the Parks Family Travel website. Your continued use of the Family Travel Framework course after any such changes constitutes your acceptance of the new terms and conditions.

**8. Participation in the Family Travel Framework Community: **

The Family Travel Framework course may include access to a community forum or other interactive features (collectively, "Community") where users can interact, share information, and engage in discussions related to family travel. By participating in the Community, you agree to abide by the following rules:

a) Appropriate Conduct: You agree to engage in respectful and courteous communication with other users of the Community. Any form of harassment, hate speech, or disrespectful behavior towards others will not be tolerated.

b) Respect of Other Users: You agree to respect the opinions and perspectives of other users, even if they differ from your own. Personal attacks or derogatory remarks directed towards other users are strictly prohibited.

c) Sharing Information in Good Faith: You agree to share information, suggestions, and opinions in the Community in good faith. While participation in the Community can be valuable for exchanging ideas and experiences, users should exercise caution and discretion when acting on any information, suggestions, or opinions shared in the Community.

Users are advised that information shared in the Community is not vetted or endorsed by Parks Family Travel LLC. It is recommended that users conduct additional research and seek professional advice before acting on any information, suggestions, or opinions shared in the Community.

Parks Family Travel LLC reserves the right to moderate the Community and remove any content or users that violate these rules or otherwise disrupt the Community's purpose of fostering constructive discussions and sharing valuable information related to family travel.

By purchasing and accessing the Family Travel Framework course, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by the terms and conditions of this Agreement.
